As I’ve stated on Instagram and in other places, I’m a bunny that loves her some Christmas. So the idea of an Advent bunny calendar just clicks with me. I mean, what could be better? A fresh, exciting treato every day! Pawfection!

Volunteerism Is At The Heart Of BUNdles
My hoomans had the pleasure of spending some time getting to know Krystin and Brittany, the two women behind BUNdles Bunny Shop. These two met volunteering at a shelter, and they are bun rescuers themselves. It means at lot to me to hear that these two are actively involved in making the lives of some of my fellow bunnies better.
Krystin and Brittany don’t stop there. They also make regular donations of their treats to rescue buns at a shelter. Very cool!
Healthy Treats To Support Digestion
I heard Bundad say once that necessity is the mother of invention. BUNdles Bunny Shop itself came to be out of a necessity. You see, one of Krystin’s and Brittany’s bunnies has tummy issues. They found in their research that treatos out in the big box retail world are just made all wrong. Fillers, sugars, you name it. They decided to do something about it and got into creating goodies on their own.
Krystin and Brittany focus their creations around good ingredients. For obvious reasons, they are quite focused on making treats that can be enjoyed by bunnies with medical issues. Their snacks are low in sugar and overall healthy. I can tell you from my own experience though that they don’t cut corners on taste! It’s all very yummy. 😋

Now, these wonderful hoomans make all sorts of things that I would want to try, but it’s their Advent bunny calendar that we got to sample. So let’s discuss it…
THE Advent Bunny Calendar
So, you have probably noticed that I chose THE instead of The. Using shift while typing isn’t easy for a bunny, so if I’m going to do it, I need a reason. The reason is simple: this calendar is the best!

Fresh and Detailed
The nose knows as they say, and that’s very true here. The first thing that caught my attention was the freshness in the air as soon as my hoomans unboxed it. There’s quality hay involved here for sure.
My hoomans were struck by the level of detail. This is a 12 day calendar, and each day has a box. Each box is hand-punched to be unique. Each box is marked with a handmade tag. A lot of effort went into creating this!
Mix The Goodies And Serve
When you open a box, you’re presented with the fresh hay and treatos that you mix into the hay to create a forage mix. You get different goodies each day. Those treatos were also very fresh and inviting. Once you get things mixed around, you simply close the box, step back, and watch us have fun!
A Bunny’s Impressions
Let’s just cut to the chase… I like this calendar! I mean, what more could a bunny want? Yummy treats in a box that we can tear apart? It’s everything we dream of! Seriously though, you can tell it’s put together with love, and the ingredients are top notch.
This calendar not only brough joy with 8-Bit and me, it’s continuing to bring joy as we still have a few days of it to work through!
