Initial Bun-Pression
The first order of business is always to chin things, especially if they smell good! I took care of that right away while 8-Bit was distracted. Her loss 😂
Shining Stars
These were yummy, and I’ve got to admit, they didn’t last long. Both 8-Bit and I enjoyed them very much! I asked bun mom what was in them, and she told me Timothy hay, Apple, Calendula. Ahh… Calendula. That’s the new flavor. I haven’t had that before, and I liked it! A five-star review for these stars!
Gingerbread Cookies
Whole rabbit treats and Christmas goodness, and in one bite! What was interesting to me about these is that they’re made from Timothy hay and papaya. I’m known for my love for fruit, so these were right up my alley. I know I can’t have an unlimited supply of these, but if I could… well… I’d order by the ton.
Grinch’s Heart Teeth Trimming Toy
Straight away, I have to say this thing smells WONDERFUL! I’m a sucker for mint and raspberry, and this toy has both, so right away I was a happy bunny. 8-Bit and I have been working on whittling it down, and true to Mai’s promise, it’s taking us more than a day to do it. As I’m typing this, we’re on day three with it, and there’s still a decent amount left. I’m ok with that, because like I said, mint and raspberry!
Kale Krunchmas Tree Delight
This is probably the cutest thing we got. Yeah, I’m a bunny, but even I recognize when something is cute! Made from rattan, kale, and raspberry, it’s certainly bringing a level of cheer to our bun room. This tasty toy has been 8-Bit’s go-to. So far she’s fully consumed one of the ornaments, and she’s managed to chew off about half of the kale. Again, this is much more than just a day-long project. Very wallet-friendly!
Festive Pinecone Chew
This lovely creation of palm, strawberry, and birch certainly fits the season. It’s really well constructed as you can see in the photo. I have to admit, 8-Bit and I haven’t really figured it out yet. We’ve both picked it up a lot and run around with it like a game of keep away, but we still need to find the taste for it. Everybunny finds things in their own time, and we’ll get to it when we’re ready I guess. Keep an eye on my Instagram. I’ll post a followup once we start to tear into it 😂
Christmas Crackers
Foraging at its finest! Both of us enjoyed digging into one of these cutely wrapped treats. We were both happy to discover they were filled with Timothy hay, red clover, raspberry leaf dehydrated apple, and echinacea, which I personally found to be a rather gourmet take on a forage mix. Bun dad said the second one had to go in our stocking for Christmas. What he doesn’t seem to realize is now I know where to find it!
Final Review – Two Paws Up!
Truly wholesome rabbit treats are not always the easiest thing to find. Even harder is finding such treatos that are actually something bunnies like me would want. The goodies we got from Made By Mokes have certainly made 8-Bit and me happy while still being good for us. Everything was fresh and inviting.
